Stepping into the Blackwood Hotel was delightful! The friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, and the breakfast spread was a fantastic way to start each day.

However, I was disappointed by the internet connectivity. it struggled to keep up, especially in my room. A bit of a hiccup!

The welcoming atmosphere created by Henry and his attentive staff made my stay exceptional. The spaciousness of my room and delightful meals, enhanced by Esther's charm, truly stood out.

Despite a great experience, some amenities felt slightly underwhelming. The location, while good, didn't provide much excitement in the immediate area.

The room was spacious with a big comfy bed and a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast that had fresh pastries and a variety of juices. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Henry and Esther. Spa treatments were relaxing, featuring a sauna and outdoor pool. Location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

The welcoming demeanor of Henry, the manager, made a significant impact on my experience, enhancing the overall atmosphere. Dining was a highlight, with exceptional service from Esther and delicious meals, including sushi. However, the hotel is not a 5-star establishment, and noise from the nearby mosque disrupted my sleep. Additionally, the location's busy environment might not suit everyone. Still, friendly staff and tasty cuisine provided good value.

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Balcony was really nice—spotless and modern. The balcony was a sweet touch. Bed was super comfy, and the decor felt lavish. Only hiccup was the Wi-Fi, which could be a bit spotty sometimes. But overall, it was a solid room for my stay.

The rooms are super modern and the big, comfy beds made for a great night's sleep. I loved the relaxing spa treatments and the outdoor pool was just perfect for unwinding. The only thing was that the window in our apartment near the door didn’t lock properly, but it didn't ruin our wonderful stay! 😊
